Based off of "Flashpoint", which is pretty much my favorite show right now. It's really interesting to me how the characters focus more on negotiation than lethal force. Anyway, I haven't posted anything in a while so hopefully a few people will like this.

Edit: Okay so, for some reason this got featured. I didn't think EQD would like it at all but thanks for putting it in today's drawfriend anyway (If you noticed the spelling mistake I made in the original, don't worry, I fixed it.): [link]

Edit (2): This wasn't really meant to be a wallpaper, but I appreciate the second feature anyway EQD!: [link]

Edit (3): Also, FOB Equestria featured it on their site as well! I'd heard of the site before on one of Navron's live streams so it's really cool to see my stuff on it!: [link]

I'm a huge fan of Flashpoint too! I found its premise of "talk before tactics" very refreshing among all the violent "shoot first, ask questions later" cop shows (like CSI, since when did lab technicians get to handle firearms?).

I also think Flashpoint share similarities with MLP: FIM on the premise of a closely-knit team who defeat sympathethic villains with the power of friendship (and yes, both have lethal force as a last resort). I haven't watched the last season yet but I love the first four - I rewatch the episodes from time to time for story ideas.

Great crossover, I can see Dash as a Sam Braddock-like character. My only qualm is how would she pull the trigger with such a big hoof? :)

Insta-fave, keep the peace!

Nice to know that somebody else likes the show as much as I do! And I know what you mean when you say it's refreshing from all the violent crime shows. Shows like CSI, NCIS, Criminal Minds, etc., always seem to label most of their villains as scum, whereas in Flashpoint, you see that they have a life away from crime, with family and responsibilities and troubles of their own. That's what really drew me in. :)

Yeah, other than most of the villains having motivations or compelling reasons for committing their crimes, I was also surprised when some of the victims turn out to be more evil than their captors, like in "Whatever It Takes", "Asking For Flowers" and "Attention Shoppers". It is a good thing that the SRU actually try to find out as much as they can about the situation before going for "immediate action", and even then they prefer to use "non-lethal".

MLP: FIM and Flashpoint are my favourite animated and live-action shows respectively. I'd never thought that anyone would mash them up (because the latter is not as mainstream a TV show as the examples you mentioned), but you've proven otherwise! :)

One of the few good shows other than ponies left on TV; along with Doctor Who and Criminal Minds. But that's just my opinion. Anyway great poster.

Hmmm, Never seen much of Doctor Who, but Criminal Minds is like my second favorite crime show!

For some reason I never get sick of watching people break all the laws...
